CONGRESSMAN-ELECT GARBARINO ANNOUNCES SENIOR STAFF HIRES

Sayville, NY – Congressman-Elect Andrew Garbarino (NY-02) has announced his senior staff hires for the 117th Congress. These and other staff members will be set to serve the residents of New York’s 2nd Congressional District upon Congressman-Elect Garbarino’s swearing in on January 3rd.

Deena Tauster, originally from Lido Beach will serve as Chief of Staff. Tauster currently serves as Congressman King’s Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director. She managed Congressman King’s legislative portfolio, including his efforts to pass and fully fund the 911 Victim Compensation Fund and secure Superstorm Sandy recovery aid. She previously served in Government Affairs roles with AMTRAK and the National Electrical Contractors Association.

Scott Rausch, will serve as Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director. Rausch brings with him more than 17 years of legislative, congressional, and government affairs experience. Rausch served as Legislative Director to Congressman Alex Mooney (WV-02), and most recently served as Deputy Director of Congressional Relations for the U.S. Peace Corps.

Donna Boyle, of Oakdale will serve as District Director. Boyle most recently served as Executive Director for the YMCA of Long Island. She is a member of the Rotary (A Paul Harris Fellow) and several Chambers of Commerce.
